The villa is beautifully decorated in a vibrant, authentic Mexican motif and features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and dishware. The house is fabulous--especially the pool and large hot tub. It easily accommodated my large family of 13. Rocio the house manager is lovely and very helpful. She prepared two dinner feasts for us with local specialties. One small issue--very little hot water, but that didn't matter much as the weather was warm and room temp showers were ok.

We can’t say enough great things about this place. Our family vacation was perfect. The pool, the views, the rooms, location, the sound of the crashing waves, watching the sunset, the moon rise and the sun rise on the roof top was one of our fav things. Beautiful and perfect. An extra shout out to Rocio and her hubby for all the amazing fresh food every day. They took such great care of us.

Beautiful property with even more beautiful service and assistance. Nine of us all enjoyed ourselves immensely. The assistant provided by Angel, Hermès and Rocio (chef) were perfect. We all love to cook, so while we only used Rocios service a few times, it was a great experience and we enjoyed watching her in action...We made a trip into town for groceries and each couple was responsible for a theme night when we weren’t enjoying Rocios meals.The house location is beautiful. Easy walk to the beach (I recommend you just WALK or run on the beach; don’t swim). We did get our fair share of exercise walking the hills through the neighborhood.My only criticism...the community rightfully has rules governing noise and such, however they are sketchy. We went out of our way to respect our neighbors and someone complained of “loud music” at 3pm. When security came, he politely listened to the music levels and determined it was not loud. He literally had to come onto the property to even remotely hear anything. Nevertheless, he gave us a warning “because 35 complained”. “35” is downwind and 100 yards away; there was no way we could have disturbed them. The neighbor next door was great, engaging and offered advice.Overall, great place and great stay.
