This spacious 1200 sf, beautifully decorated garden view condo is a mere 200 yards from the beach. Recently remodeled (fall 2023) It features 14' high cathedral ceilings in the living and dining rooms. The lanai is glass and screened enclosed to expand the living space for all seasons. This home features large walk-in closets in both bedrooms, washer and dryer in the unit and fully equipped kitchen. A complete set of dishes and new pots and pans are provided for those who want to cook. The condo has a dedicated covered parking space for use during your stay.
Bed linens, towels, beach towels and dish towels are furnished with the unit.
Siesta Dunes is a beautiful gated complex with on-site security located directly on Siesta Beach, the #1 rated beach in America. Siesta Dunes features a fenced circular salt water pool with an adjacent hot tub and a very large beach deck adjacent to the beach. The deck features a gazebo, tables with umbrellas and 3 gas grills. Lounge chairs are furnished for the pool area, deck and beach.
Imagine grilling your dinner and sipping on your favorite beverage while the sun sets in spectacular fashion. Even on a cloudy day, the colors are phenomenal!
Siesta Beach is a very wide, gorgeous beach with white quartz sand which is always cool to the touch. Bring your sun screen and relax, swim, walk and play until your heart is content.

We traveled from PA and stayed here with our two children. Siesta Dunes is a beautiful spot. Honestly, one of the best in this area. We talked to many people staying at Siesta Dunes and they said this is the best place to stay at Crescent Beach. Everything on the property is maintained well and kept pristine. The walk to the pool is 2 minutes and to the beach 4 minutes. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our week stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook. We definitely will be back!

We’ve vacationed in the area for years and were loyal to Longboat Key—until now. This Siesta Key rental has completely stolen our hearts and officially become our favorite! The property is beautifully renovated, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a full-size washer and dryer was such a bonus for our stay.The views on the beach were nothing short of stunning, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything. You can tell the owner really cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every detail.We’re already dreaming about coming back and hope to make this our yearly tradition. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect Siesta Key getaway!

Double rocker/recliners were good! Small ants in the kitchen--not good. (Suggest you use strategically placed Terro) Too many steps--did not know that ahead of arrival-thought there would be an elevator--20 steps is a lot for toting a 50 lb. travel bag. No place for me to smoke--had to go down the steps. Plenty of linens and towels--a good thing. Master bedroom very spacious.
