An outdoor studio building beside the stream is perfect for coffee or just relaxing. Located within walking distance to village shops, great restaurants, the Sandwich library and world-class museums, this home offers a true New England experience year round. Ideal for a large family, this residence provides gracious living as well as the iconic village and proximity to the beach. Sandwich attractions include Dan’l Webster Inn, Sandwich Glass Museum, Sandwich Boardwalk, Cape Cod Canal, and Heritage Museums and Gardens. One hour to Boston. Saturday to Saturday rentals only.

Love Sandwich and the house is in a perfect spot to enjoy the beach and the village. The house is very spacious and well-stocked. We had a good week!

This potentially charming house could be vastly improved with badly needed maintenance and updates. The floor was sandy. The towels were ragged and threadbare. Screens had holes. Several lights had dead bulbs. The upstairs bathroom wiring could not run a hairdryer. Some of the furniture was broken or sprung. The house is conveniently located but its condition is run down.
