Master with King bed and attached master bath. 2nd bedroom with king bed. 3rd bedroom with queen bed. 2 1/2 bathrooms. New appliances in 2021 . All the luxuries of home in the beautiful city of Punta Gorda. This is the #1 rated retirement community in the United States and the #2 rated safest city in Florida. Laundry facilities in condo, south facing lanai with canal view, and beautiful swimming pool just next door to your building. There is one carport included and an extra stall available for your guests. Minimum rental term is 1 month. Priority given for multiple month rentals. No pets allowed.

Condo was very spacious and well equipped for an extended stay and the location couldn't be better. Carley was great to work with.

Very clean and well appointed condo. Owner just super to work with. Great location. Only negative is no cable tv. It was Ok, we didn’t go there to watch cable tv. Internet works fine. Smart TV in place so can use alternative products like Netflix. Thanks a million!
