About this house rental

This San Luis Obispo home is a large 5-bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms ready for your use. It's a corner home so there is plenty of street parking plus a two car driveway to park on. We just installed a brand new Tesla charger for your EV charging conveniece.

The backyard has built in seating benches along the planter, a propane BBQ grill, jacuzzi tub, and fountain which can easily entertain 15 to 25 people. It's a short drive to Cal Poly and downtown San Luis Obispo. Public transportation is available around the corner.
There is screaming fast free wi-fi available.

The living room and upstairs loft have large smart TVs (82” and 70”) that provides Big Game viewing in almost life size and to check out many movies on Netflix, Prime, Apple+, Disney and much much more.

We had a pleasant stay at the home, which offers plenty of rooms and a very nice backyard. It was convenient to be able to text the owner directly. She was very thoughtful and left a gift for our guests, which was extremely kind. Upon checkout, she messaged us about some spots on the white couches and a piece of furniture that had been moved from the living room to a bedroom. While we're not sure how the spots could have been caused by us, she assured us that they were covered under insurance, so there was no need to dispute it. We've never encountered this situation at any home we've stayed at before, and we travel often. This experience has made us aware of the importance of taking photos upon arrival.

I came to SLO with my family, my sister’s family, and my dad. What a great house! Everything followed the description on the website, and Cecile, the owner, was so attentive and thoughtful. Communication with her was quick and responsive, and she added thoughtful touches like a chilled bottle of white wine for our arrival, and a welcome sign for me and my family. The only thing to be aware of is that the two twin beds in the loft area are two futons/couches that lay flat. Not totally what we expected but still worked. The hot tub was so great, and there was a fun ax-throwing set (plastic) in the backyard as well. Cecile made her house so welcoming for guests, we appreciated it so much. It was in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us. Walking distance to the middle school so our kids could go over there and play on the fields and courts. We had a great time, thank you so much Cecile!

Me and my family of 11 stayed at this house and had a wonderful stay. The house and its descriptions match and we were satisfied with all the house had to offer. The location was perfect and we were central to downtown SLO, the airport, and some of the beaches which worked out very well. Communication was flawless with the host and we had no issues with check in procedures.

We had a great family stay! We planned a surprise party for our Cal Poly daughter. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Her welcoming touches were cute and appreciated. Our ages were 17-50. We spent $18 on an uber to go downtown one night. Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a fun stay. Thank you Cecile

Great clean, quiet house for a family reunion. Our group had three different family units staying together and there was plenty of space for everyone. It is bigger-kid friendly, but also had a lot of artwork and sculptures that required us to keep an extra close eye on the young kids and baby. Some of the furniture was difficult to keep clean with all of the kids and guests, but we did our best. Hostess was friendly, available at any time, and super helpful throughout our stay! This was a nice place and my group really enjoyed our time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood not too far from downtown San Luis Obispo, the beach, and Costco - super convenient! It comfortably slept everyone in my group and we got a kick out of all the interesting art in the home. Overall I would recommend!

Cecile was fantastic & the property was very much as advertised. The jacuzzi came in very handy post golf as did the two giant TVs. We bbq’d several times and took advantage of the well appointed backyard. We also loved how the home was stocked w/ coffee, sugar, & condiments! The best thing was Cecile’s almost instantaneous response time when I texted her - just awesome service! We will be back!

The house & property were spot on relative to their description. We had 10 young to older adults staying their for a graduation & birthday celebration & it couldn’t have worked out better! The yard & property had lots of comfy sitting spaces to enjoy each other together or break off to have a little space of your own. It was close enough to easily get to slo for graduation festivities, but in a beautiful, family neighborhood which was relaxing. Cecile was an amazingly helpful, thoughtful & accommodating host. She welcomed us with a wonderful birthday sign for my husband & a variety of refreshing drinks for our enjoyment. Thanks for helping make this weekend extra special Cecile.

Had Family in for our daughters wedding. Loved the back yard and the seating area. Was great for morning coffee chats and evening soda pops. One concern was the "loft beds" were not really beds and had to get a blow up mattress for a couple of the adults that stayed there. But would definitely use it again but not have adults scheduled for those single beds. Thanks.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our women's weekend retreat! One of the best VRBO stays I've ever had. The hosts are so responsive and easy to work with and the property is just absolutely magical - even better than it looks in the pics. The beds are all so comfortable, so many modern conveniences and atmospheric touches, and all the little personalized touches for our group made us feel so pampered and special. This is truly a gem and we will be back!

If I could rate this property higher than 5 stars, I would! It was perfect for our extended family for our daughter's wedding. In spite of the fact that our first booking in 2020, got cancelled due to COVID, the owners worked with us to reschedule to 2021 and did EVERYTHING we asked for to coordinate both the arrival of our various family members to planning for a post-wedding brunch for guests traveling home the next day. Little touches such as 2 dozen live roses in our house to a welcome cocktail mixer/ingredients were unexpected, special touches. The communication with the owner was seamless and efficient and she responded favorably to ALL our special requests. It is a beautiful property with beautiful decor and a beautiful patio that extends the living space and was perfect for our post wedding brunch! WE LOVED OUR STAY!

The property was spacious and comfortable with excellent and interesting decor. The amenities were very nice....love the hot tub! The table sat all but 2 of my family but there were extra small tables to use from the couch. Grocery shopping and restaurants were super close by. And only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Awesome! Loved staying here.
