Location to town was good. Property had been remodeled which was good

The booking process was terrible. I got an email about 3-4 times saying our stay had been canceled and when I called the actual lodge they had to reconfirm that it had not been cancelled. The lighting in the kitchen and dining room was extremely poor. Bulbs were out and they were not LED. The whole place seemed dark even with the rest of the lights on and the drapes open. Also suggest getting a recycle bin for the unit or overall property. These are simple things that could make a big difference.

helpfulness never stayed other then in hotels. when needed to contact front desk was available at that time didn't have to wait.

the shuttle to Winter Park to ski ended up being quite an issue. We thought it would very convenient but it was not. Although the shuttle stop is right at the parking lot, the bus only runs once an hour and requires a change of bus lines. in addition, on the way back, the line that comes to the condo stops running very soon after the lifts so we got stuck. we ended up taking another line that came close and two in our party hiked with ski boots on back to the condo for the car. That wasnt great.
