New power reclining leather sofa, new stove, new custom curtains, Bedroom furniture and other upgrades in the last couple years. Beautiful Travertine tiles (cooling and smooth to walk on) thru out the unit, with river rock flooring in a large shower area, (no bathtub) Unit Sleeps 2 max
This Condo is on one of the best beaches on the island. You cannot get any closer to the ocean. Unobstructed ocean/sunset views. Snorkel with the Sea Turtles, Dolphins in the cove. In the winter months watch the whales from your lanai, sometimes a Monk seal will visit the beach to have rest. All within steps to the beach once off the elevator.
Amenities: Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ / Picnic area, Tennis court ,Games room / common area. This is a secure gated property with Free Parking for one Vehicle.
Free WIFI, TV and Phone. We keep everything in newer condition and have a very clean condo.
The view from the Lanai is absolutely breathtaking. Our Condo comes with all linens, kitchenware, Towels, Beach towels / Beach chairs , Cooler, and everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation.
We have a quiet portable AC unit in the bedroom and 1 in the in the living room area. There are also 3 quiet ceiling fans ( 1- bedroom, 1- living room, 1 in the kitchen area)
When the trade winds are in you will get a nice breeze and usually don't need the AC.
The Leeward (West) gets the most sunshine on the island.

Gorgeous beach views right from your balcony. We saw turtles, seals and spinner dolphins from our room. Condo had EVERYTHING you need for kitchen, beach and anything else you would need. Shelley was very responsive and helpful.

The condo was clean and Shelley was easy to work with. Having stayed at The Hawaiian Princess twice before I mistakenly assumed that all the units had central air conditioning. This is not the case with this unit. If anyone tells you that the breeze off the water is enough to cool your unit do not believe them. At 3PM when the sun is beating into the unit the 3 ceiling fans and the 2 floor fans, even with the room darkening drapes closed, do not do anything to cool off the apartment. At best they just move the hot air around. There is a portable AC unit in the bedroom that is about 12 inches from the bed and cannot be moved because it needs to take outside air from the window. However the AC sounds like a lawnmower making it impossible to sleep. This in itself will keep me from renting this unit again. The photos of the bathroom on the website are kind of misleading. They show a toilet and a walk in shower which is correct. What it doesn't show is that the bathroom has no sink. The bathroom sink is located outside the bathroom at the entry way to the bedroom. So your bathroom sink is in your bedroom. When you use the toilet you need to go out the bathroom door in order to wash your hands in the bedroom. Because of the sink location you also no longer have a bedroom door. Just a curtain. Although the lack of central AC may not be important to everyone, it should be included in the description of the unit.
