Ocean front modern/contemporary home located in Pacific City Oregon in the gated community of Kiwanda Shores. Walk to the coffee shops, restaurants, surf shop and Cape Kiwanda. Enjoy spectacular unobstructed views from both levels of the home. Play pool, ping pong or video games with your friends or family in the massive rec room. Listen to relaxing music with the Sonos sound systems in the great room and rec room. Wash down after playing on the beach in the outdoor shower. Fix a gourmet meal in the chefs kitchen with double ovens, and induction stove, or grill up a feast on the large grill on the deck!
Please note that we do not offer single use disposable bath soaps. Large containers of soap are provided as we try to minimize waste, if you do not wish to use them, please bring your own travel size shampoo, conditioner, etc. Replacements are typically kept under the sink, if something runs out, it is your responsibility to provide for yourself for the duration of your stay unless you would like to pay for a mid stay clean.
