About this house rental
"Clean, Fresh, Simple", this lovely home is just steps from the beach. Take in the gorgeous views from the first floor living area (furnished with a queen sleep sofa) and dining area with seating for 12. Enjoy the beautifully designed kitchen with Bosch appliances and center island, fully furnished with all cooking and serving needs. A private bedroom with a king bed and bath with shower complete the first level. The second floor, with even more amazing views, includes an ocean front master bedroom with king bed and adjoining bath. The second ocean front bedroom with queen bed, shares a jack and jill bath with the fourth bedroom, furnished with 2 sets of bunks. A laundry with commercial capacity washer and dryer completes the upper level.
Home equipped with flat screen streaming TVs in family room and all bedrooms, high speed WiFi, and blue ray player with a variety of movies, as well as an assortment of puzzles, games, and books for family enjoyment. Step outside each level onto large decks and take in the amazing views. The top deck is partially covered for shade or for sunbathing. The large, main level deck is complete with small tables and chairs for relaxing and ocean viewing. Begin or end the day on the octagonal conversation deck overlooking the ocean, complete with built in seating.
Outside shower with hot and cold water.
Private cleaner included with weekly rates.
Linens and towels can be ordered and delivered through local linen services for an additional fee, or you may bring your own.
In season weekly reservations are from Saturday-Saturday, with check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am to allow for cleaning.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

One of the best beach houses we've stayed in! The layout was perfect, all of the necessities provided, and the location on Oak Island is perfect. The upper deck is the perfect sundown watching spot (I love the orientation of this island (east/west). Our party of six adults had plenty of room the spread out and feel at home.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here. House is the right size. Deck on back has the right amount of sun and shade.Vance was great to work with.

We had a great week. House is lovely and well-equipped.
Our only minor complaints were the lack of space in the downstairs bedroom (a Queen bed would fit better) and having to duck under the boardwalk to get to the beach. (I hit it with my face on the last day!) We also had some trouble controlling the downstairs thermostat but we made it work.
But the short distance to the beach was fantastic. The large upper and lower decks were wonderful. Would definitely rent again.
