Do not tire of the panoramic view of the sea and the city of Porto-Vecchio. You can also relax and indulge in lazing by the pool heated to 27-28 ° C.
Rates: from 380 € to 2350 € according to period and number of people. You can contact us if you are interested in renting for 2, 4, 6 or 8 people. Villas F5 available with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. For a rental for 2 people, we leave the 2 rooms of the villa at your disposal. Other details and conditions of sale on our site.
Optional rental of sheets and towels. Sheets: 10 Euros / bed and 5 Euros / person for towels, a bath towel and a towel (no beach towel).

CONDITIONS OF SALE :
THE PRICE INCLUDES :
• Rent for 7 nights, electricity, water and gas included.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• The tourist tax has to be paid on site (1 € per day and per person subject to change by the town hall).
• Linen rental is available at the residence (sleeping, € 10 per bed and towels € 5 per person).
• The deposit, of 500 € for the villa F3 and 700 € for the villa F5, is to pay on the arrival in the form of pre-authorization by credit card and will be canceled if there is no damage and if the villa is restored in a correct state.
• Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning is 70 € for villa F3 and 100 € for villa F5.
• Small pets allowed on request, for an extra charge of 30 € per week.
• 20% deposit upon booking, balance upon arrival. All bookings must be made for a specific number of people, including babies.
• Possibility of car rental and babysitting.
• Arrival from 17H00 and departure before 9H00
