About this house rental
Casa Kennedy is on the beach and a great place to watch nature and relax. This beach front property is on a beautiful six mile walking beach. The water is shallow for the kids and great for swimming. Further back the waves abound for the boggie boarders and novice surfers.

The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. At night you can see the Milky Way. And if you get up early, you can usually see the dolphins swimming up the beach. Certain times of the year, you can catch a glimpse of them swimming back.
There is a separate guest house so you can come with another couple and play together but still have your privacy. Or maybe you'd like some romantic time so put the kids in one house and you take the other.

Dogs like it here too.
There is an enclosed courtyard with patio table, umbrella, and chairs. On the beach there are two patios. There is a firepit in the road built to keep the wind from blowing smoke in your face so you can roast marshmallows as you watch the sun go down or gaze at the stars.Or use the chimnea in the courtyard.
And unlike most vacation homes, we supply all kinds of beach equipment including fishing poles and surf boards and toys for all ages... check the amenities.

Perfect getaway for my whole family

This is a stunning location, right on the beach, on a spit of land between the bay that contains Ensenada and a lagoon. The surf is good for boarding, but the dropoff is very gradual so it's very safe for swimming.
The community is mostly vacation homes with a few year-round residents, so it's pretty quiet in winter.
The property is two houses (front and back) either side of a courtyard with garages converted to storage. Each house has a wood stove, and there was plenty of wood in the shed. The stoves were needed in the winter temperatures (down in the low 50s overnight).
Each house has a well equipped kitchen - the only thing missing for us tea drinkers was a kettle.
Communication with the owners was good over the time preceding our stay, but there was a bit of a missed connection with the local property manager, and it was only by asking the neighbors that we were able to get in touch with him and gain access. If his contact details were shared I must have missed them.
All in all this was a minor detail, and the 6 of us plus dog had a wonderful time just pottering about on the beach for a week. I'd love to return here one summer!

We had am amazing time. Go to the fish market and sit in the courtyard next the warm fire eat fresh oysters and drinking craft beer from the valle.
