About this house rental
Magnificent sunsets over long westerly lake views, private dock, stairs down to the water. Sit back and enjoy a family gathering around the fire pit and gazebo on the lower lawn overlooking the lake. This year-round lake house is designed well for entertaining with a generous 2,700 sq ft of finished living area on 3 levels. Great lake views from almost every room. So warm and inviting with the large pool table room, pine ceilings, large bay window and custom shelving. The bright kitchen opens into an open concept dining and living room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and an additional bedroom in the basement with a private bath. Paved driveway with plenty of parking. Premium deck along complete lakeside of home with powered awning. Suncook Lake offers a perfect sized lake at 697 acres for water fun. We are a multi generational family of 7 to 9 depending upon the day & this property fit our needs perfectly. Very well stocked, I always bring sharp knives, vegetable steamer & plastic ware which I did not need to unpack. House is spacious & comfortable. Loved the lake & listening to the loons at night. Having kayaks & paddle boards was a bonus. Lots to do within a short driving distance. Had a wonderful Sunday brunch at a local winery.Hope to be back another year.
