Great weekend with the family. House was clean and comfortable- located in a quiet cove off the busy part of the lake. We brought our boat and had no issues getting in and out of the cove- even with the low water around most local lakes. Communication with the host was excellent. The downstairs tv room was a great place to gather and watch a movie after a day on the lake. Will definitely look into booking again next summer, hopefully for a little longer.

Great vacation house! Communication with Owner was fantastic. There was plenty of space for the entire family. The air-conditioning, especially in the downstairs, was perfection!Coffee on the back porch every morning was ideal. Three of us worked in the mornings and the Internet handled that as well as three college kids and they’re near constant Internet/phone needs. We enjoyed keeping our boat docked at the house and loved the fact that we were able to bring our dog.The fridge was stocked with every condiment imaginable, and there is an entire space cabinet available as well. Highly recommend! We will return.

A great family friendly rental on Hyco. The house is as described in the listing, and the host is one of the best that I have worked with and is very responsive both prior to and during the rental period.

Due to lake being closed from flooding we chose not to partake in lake activities however dock and lake accessories were used and weathered. Had to clean grill and 1/2 bath toilet stained, we didn’t use all the r but overall towels
