New house, large, bright and ventilated, land of 500 mts² with large lawn patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen / dining room, balcony and laundry area with washing machine. Situated in a quiet street. Sleeps 6 people with cable TV, wifi, dvd, alarm system, doorphone and beautiful view of the hills and sunset. Large garden all lawn, covered garage with electronic gate, 12min walking from the beach. Next to the famous Joaquina beach and Lagoa da Conceição where there is a wide commerce, restaurants and nightlife. The house is close to supermarket, library, pharmacy and bakery. Everything can be done on foot. Campeche beach is suitable for surfing, kitesurfing and diving on Campeche Island where you can make beautiful trails or observe rock inscriptions. With clear waters, Campeche Island is a World Heritage Site.

Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa, com um ótimo custo benefício. A casa é muito melhor do que aparenta nas fotos. Os cômodos são bem distribuídos e bem ventilados. O jardim é grande e bom para crianças brincarem. As camas são confortáveis. A localização também é outro ponto positivo: é possível ir a pé para a praia do campeche, tem restaurantes, padaria e mercado próximos, fácil acesso ao aeroporto e as outras praias da ilha.

Tudo foi excelente, a casa é extremamente funcional e agradável e Maria Lúcia, a dona, é super gentil e ainda nos deixou alguns mimos em nossa chegada.

Tudo muito perfeito, não precisa se preocupar com nada a casa tem tudo é só ir e se divertir, aproveitei muito todos os 5 dias. Obrigado pela estadia!
