Windows difficult to open. Fly screens broken.

The location was perfect. We were a party of four adults looking for a relaxing weekend. The accommodation was an easy 15-minute walk to the local cafes, shops and restaurants and a 15-minute walk to the local hotel. The beds were comfortable, the Wi fi was good and we used the decking at the back to enjoy light snacks and drinks. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was very good. It was the perfect accommodation for our group for the weekend.

No breakfast supplied. Location was excellent. Was very tidy inside. Loved the fireplace.

The double bed bunk was very squeeky and uncomfortable. It could do with a new paint job as walls were very scuffed. The drier wasn't easy to operate and we needed to find the instructions to operate and discovered that the drier was in a lock mode. The main burner on the stove top doesn't ignite. Very muddy access to property due to no driveway. Back lawn was not mowed. The house looked a lot older than the pictures online. As a property for 6 the comfort lounges only catered for 5 so was uncomfortable for 1guest.
