About this apartment rental
DIRECT Oceanfront building, on the front corner 5th floor south ocean side. A Five Star Plus Award Luxury condo and there is nothing that compares to the Location and Views of this very spacious 1900 square foot condo along the famous Kaanapali Beach Resort. 2bdrm, 2 bathrooms on suites.
The resort offers Beach Towels and beach chairs at the pool cabana for all guests staying at the Alii. Stop by the pool cabana and check out all the services and items they have to offer you!
When you arrive on property, you’ll be greeted by one of the friendly Bellmen. They are very helpful and can help you with your luggage and GUEST FREE parking needs. Remember to take care of them.
Inside the Front Desk where you check-in, you will be greeted and handed over a resort package and map and Keycards for the condo door and Towel cards for pool side, the staff are able answer any questions you have on the resort and services available.
The Kaanapali Alii has a "Security After Hours" cell phone for the property. The phone will be carried by the Overnight Security Officer 7 days a week. The phone number for the security officer on staff is (808)795-3586. The Director of Security is Sidney Nakamura; his contact number is (808) 264 4908.
You won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. The Concierge Service Desk will be more than happy to help you book activities, bike car rentals and anything else, the Concierge service desk is available 8-4, so just give them a call if you need anything.
If you do have any issues with the actual inside of the condo unit, please contact your property manager / host - Bonnie Chadwick to resolve any issues. as the front desk might not be able to take care of your issue.

The bellmen can park your car for you and help with your luggage to your condo unit.

Our lanai doors retract back to let the outside in! Our PRIVATELY rented premier condo will sleep up to a party of six comfortably and offers 1,900 square feet of pure direct oceanfront luxury. Our direct Oceanfront luxury condo includes upgraded designer furniture, stone countertops, travertine flooring, a beautifully appointed kitchen with a Single Pod Keurig Coffee Machine and a handful of pods for your check in day. If you are adventuresome, it would be advantageous to rent a car or arrange shuttle bus services. The island is 2nd largest in sq footage in Hawaii... lots to see and do all over the island of Maui. here ae a few ideas for you to check out:
The Maui Bus, Uber or Lyft rides, various taxis, shuttle buses available for island tours and the also shuttles for hire to OGG Maui airport, hired private drivers, Rental cars, and also rental bikes or scooters.

Absolutely stunning location and accommodations! We even watched whales breach and dolphins play from our lanai! Bonnie has always been amazing to work with! Fast, clear, friendly communication!

Bonnie was awesome and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was perfect when we arrived and we loved every minute of our stay. The view was spectacular from the balcony and we enjoyed watching the whiles breach. We would stay there again and again. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo.

This is our 5th time staying at the Kaanapali Ali’i in #356, and we still do not see any reason to consider anyplace else! This particular unit definitely provides an elevated condo experience… it is beautifully decorated yet comfortable, well maintained, and fully appointed for your stay. You will not want for anything. And did I mention THE VIEW?! We enjoyed lunch & happy hours on the lanai and had great fun spotting dolphins and turtles in the clear waters below. The property manager, Bonnie, is also easily accessible and very responsive to any questions or needs. After many years at surrounding resort properties, we also greatly enjoy the laid back nature of the Kaanapali Ali’i. The property is ideally located along the Kaanapali stretch and is also an easy drive into Lahaina and the Kapalua area for some amazing dining. If you’re not one to dine out, do NOT miss the ‘grill master’ that is on property certain days of week and can assist with your grilling needs! We always cook in at least once to take advantage of this special perk. Can’t wait to book this unit for for 2023!
