About this house rental
This is a beautiful handcrafted house with two, separate romantic suites that have a king bed, jetted tub, glass shower, fireplace, sitting area and mini-kitchen. The suites are separated by a brand new kitchen and dining area! It is perfect for two couples or a family traveling together!
The space:
Two luxury romantic suites that are rented together for two couples or a family. Each suite has a king size bed, fireplace, shower, jet-spa tub, refrigerator, microwave and a private patio.
There is a hot tub in the back yard with a charcoal grill and a fire pit. ( We don't supply firewood, so bring some along).
RIGHT NOW we are in a BURN BAN! NO OUTSIDE FIRES until further notice.
Our televisions are smart tv's, so use your passcodes for signing in to all of your favorite tv apps.
The location is about 1.2 miles from Main Street and some of the wonderful Fredericksburg nightlife. The house 1/2 block from RR 965, the road to Enchanted Rock State park. The suites are located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy!
Fredericksburg is a city of beauty and charm. Its founding includes a rich history of people making a good life in a new place with the help of friends and neighbors. Working together, they created a city where all could live up to their potential, participate in activities, and benefit from services to enhance the quality of their lives. The spirit of working together to create a beautiful, livable place is still alive today in Fredericksburg and that spirit is responsible for the ambiance of the city today.
For cyclists, it is an easy access to most of the major cycling road in the hill country!
We provide robes, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, coffee, tea, and creamer for all of our guests. ALL linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest! Th beds are THE most comfortable KING beds!
Guest access
Guests have access to their private outdoor patio with an outdoor shower, table and chairs, and the 4 person hot tub and seating area in the backyard.
Interaction with guests
I do not interact with guests unless they need help with anything. I live about 10 minutes away from Cross Mountain Retreat.
Other things to note:
The entrance is a keyed entrance so that there are no keys to deal with.
I rent Cross Mountain Retreat for a two night minimum.

Great location well kept property. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with privacy. The home was very clean with everything you need for a visit to the area. Host explained everything perfectly from start to finish. Will more than likely be contacting them again in the near future.
