About this house rental
Enjoy a beautiful spacious 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home in a quiet setting overlooking the Magothy River. The home includes two master suites: one on the main floor and one on the second floor. The second floor master suite has a jacuzzi tub and opens onto a second floor deck. Three other large bedrooms are on the second floor with one also opening to the second floor deck. Classic hardwood floors lead to carpeted bedrooms. A stone fireplace graces the living room and dining room which span the whole waterfront side of the house. French doors off the living room and dining room open out to a large screened in porch that is another room onto itself with indoor/outdoor carpeting, ceiling fans, a picnic table and outdoor furniture. With the porch doors open, the breeze off the river can be felt throughout the house. However, there is air conditioning for really hot days. Tastefully decorated with warm bright colors, overstuffed furniture, a dining room table that seats 10, an eat-in kitchen, comfortable rooms and an exceptional layout make this home particularly inviting. There are water views from virtually every room.
We enjoy many returning guests. The house has become a home away from home for those who visit the area frequently.

ABSOLUTELY outstanding. 10 of us stayed at this location to attend the 2025 Army Navy game in Baltimore. This home was so accommodating. Beautiful setting, it would be gorgeous in spring, summer and fall, being right on the river. It is private yet convenient to Annapolis. Ride to Baltimore no more than 30 minutes.We loved it.

We really enjoyed our three nights stay at the property. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for the golf getaway weekend with four couples. We had one issue with the plumbing and it took under an hour to get a response and it was really impressive.

Large house with lots of bedrooms and nicely decorated. Mostly clean. Ants in the master bedroom but not too bad. Pots and utensils were dirty and needed to be cleaned before use. Lawn was kept up and even mowed while we were there.

Issues with ants in the kitchen upon arrival, 2 of the 3 TV's on the property did not work, and the one that did work only had streaming, unable to get local over the air channels. Welcome book did not have a lot of detailed information about the property. Of the VRBO properties we have used in the past, this property was not worth the price. Granted it was at a peek time in Annapolis, MD for commissioning week at the Naval Academy, but still it was not worth amount we paid.
