Magnificent apartment located on the ground floor with communal pool and garden, just 10 meters away to the beach.
This beautiful apartment is located in a privileged place, just 10 meters away to the beach. And 150 meters away is the historic center of L'Escala, where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. It is the ideal place to forget about the car.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a trundle bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with shower, American kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils), and living room with access to a large terrace with beautiful views of the sea. The community has a large pool and garden.
In total in the apartment can accommodate 6 people: in a room with a double bed, a room with a trundle bed (two beds of 0.90 cm), and a room with a bunk bed (two beds of 0.90 cm).
High vans do not enter at the parking.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

We loved the location, the view and the accommodation. It was everything we needed and the team at K3 were extremely accommodating and responsive. They took care of everything we needed and did it in such a timely manner. We loved the location so much we extended an additional night. My wife even wanted to see if we could purchase a unit because the space was so great!

L'apartament es troba en un lloc privilegiat. A tocar del mar, al costat d'una caleta i a un passeig del centre del poble. L'espai interior és molt i molt acollidor... amb tots els serveis necessaris.
Agraïm moltíssim que ens haguessin enegegat la calefacció i a l'arribar la casa estés a una temperatura super agradable, doncs era un dia de molt fred. Un molt bon detall que dona a entendre que es mima els clients.

Va costar trobar la porta d'entrada.
