About this house rental
This beautiful apartment is located in a two story house situated on a large property, located on quiet Hampshire Street, only a 3 minute walk from the beach at the edge of the turquoise blue Bahamian sea on Cable Beach in Nassau, Bahamas. The owners Armin and Vernice Wernli, live on the premises.
You can rent the beautiful, spacious, self-contained 2 bedroom apartment in one week units, starting Saturdays.
It is fully air-conditioned, has a modern kitchen with all appliances (with dish washer), a dining area, sitting area with big TV. Cable service, Telephone and wireless broadband Internet are at your disposal free of charge.
The livingspace of the apartment is about 850 sqf.
The weekly rental is USD 1,600.00, inclusive electricity and water.
Upon request, we can arrange for full maid service.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer at your disposal at a small charge.
Quick Information: Weekly Rental: USD 1,600.00 Minimum Rental period: 1 week
All rentals start and end on Saturday's.
Payments: 50% of rental and USD 300.00 security deposit are due with sumbission of Rental Agreement. The balance of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Form of payment: Bank drafts or cashier's cheque, wire transfers or transfer via Western Union.

My husband and I enjoyed the tranquilly of the cottage. The facilities were nice and homey, and our hosts were very congenial and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. My husband and I and 7 year old son.
Home owners were incredible. Always a message away for anything we needed which wasn’t much at all.
The house has everything you need as described.
The pool was fantastic for late afternoons and evenings.
Their pastry shop has some incredible desserts as well!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, clean and very near many conveniences that enhanced our experience. Armin and Vernice are superb hosts who made us feel welcome and valued guests. Vernice shared many helpful tips with us on getting around and places to go. We enjoyed the treats from their bakery, that was a wonderful surprise! If we travel back to the Bahamas in the future this will be our first choice for accommodations. Thank you Vernice and Armin!

We stayed for 8 nights with our family of 6. It is a very nice house which is perfect for families. Master bedroom, double bedroom and a sleeping sofa fitted us and our 4 kids. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. Garden was perfect for us to get back to after a day on the beach, so we could chill out while the kids played on in the swimming pool (with salt water!). The side entrance gives total privacy.
Not that that was necessary, because Armin and Vernice are friendly hosts who make you feel very welcome.
We would recommend this place to any family.
