In our comfy condo you'll have everything you need to make your Branson vacation a memorable experience. We have just finished remodeling with fresh paint, new flooring, all new countertops, sinks and faucets. A fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and new appliances for all your cooking needs. Nice living space with full size couch (sofa sleeper), dining table that seats 4 with a gorgeous view of the lake!!! Bedroom has queen size bed, tv and is tastefully decorated. Bathroom has double vanity and tub/shower combination.
Washer and dryer for your convenience as well!! Fall Creek Marina just a few steps away where you can rent a boat or rent a slip for your own boat, fishing within walking distance as well.
We're located just 3 miles from the famous 76 Strip, an easy drive to all that Branson has to offer. Theaters, dining, championship golfing, fishing, Silver Dollar City and all the family friendly adventures are within easy driving distance.

Excellent location, nice condo. Short on some linens, but when notified host, responded and provided in timely manner. No complaints. Had a perfect week for weather and leaf peeping and loved sitting on patio with view of water watching squirrels, birds and a ground hog.

My husband and I spent two nights at the property and were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. We were only there to go to SDC and to visit our grandson who goes to college in Branson, so the lake experience was not a priority. A good thing, because there was no easy lake access from this location. The only other issue we had was finding the condo. That problem was on us, but there are hundreds of condos in the Fall Creek area and most of the streets are called Fall Creek something or other.

This condo was very dirty. The pull-out bed had popcorn , trash, hair on the mattess. Couldn't sleep on it. The carpet was filthy with stains. Bathtub had mold on railings and it had a dirty ring all around it and the floor hadnt been swept. The unit had a very musty smell. Do not rent this unit! It clearly has not been kept up!

Nice place but needs a little update. Television needs to be replaced as color was fuzzy. Needs soap in the shower and carpet overall needs update. Loved bathroom, lots of room in main part. Tub is very old.

The unit was very outdated and dirty from floor to cealing. After one night on the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in, we decided to leave. I emailed the owner and locked the door as directed

Very nice place to stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook for the week we stayed. View of the water from the back porch was really enjoyable and loved seeing all the wildlife come around. Close to area attractions around Branson. I will definitely book again when I come back next year. Mike is a really nice person to work with.

Such a cute and cozy place to stay! Priced just right and kept up pretty well. The best part was how close everything was that we wanted to do while in town!! Was about 20 minutes to anywhere we planned to go! River front access was not really there BUT I'm not complaining on that part since the river was moving almost too fast to fish anyways. Host even supplied pods for laundry and dish washer!!! Such a convenient thought. Most definitely will be back next time we're in town.

no grocery stores too close, so that’s a little inconvenient, other than that it’s great! it’s a cozy little condo, quiet, and was clean! it has a kitchen with appliances, but the oven is small so beware, and there are extra blankets! you can hear the people above you, but other than that it’s pretty quiet. it was perfect for the price and just a young couple!

I'm not a huge fan of condos, but really enjoyed this stay. The back area totally made this stay feel like life away from city. Calm and peaceful, lots of birds and little critter activity. My wife said it made her heart happy.

I love this place so much, it's my second time here and I already have a third in the works!! Only surprise, I met a huge spider web going out the patio door and met the spider who made it, then it met my house shoe. And there are bees flying in and out of the holes in the sliding screen door. It's that time of year!! The lake was beautiful though, it was quiet, the weather was perfect. It's a wonderful place!!

The location, right on the lake It was beautiful and so peaceful, nice neighborhood, the drive to town wasn't too far, curvy and hilly which is what makes Branson so beautiful. The parking lot was well lit, front and back door locks made me feel safe, which being a solo traveler I really appreciate. I give everything about this place 10 out of 10!!!
