Charming one-story home built in 1915. The address is 1538 East Jackson Avenue. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. All three of the bedrooms have queen beds. Wifi. Both charcoal and gas grills. Three reserved parking spaces. Just eight doors from the Oxford Square. The front porch has two rockers and two wrought iron chairs. The side deck has two wrought iron tables with chairs and large umbrellas. Easy walk to the Square and Ole Miss campus. Sip a beverage on the front porch and wave hello to people walking to and from the Square and campus. Enjoy a meal on the deck and make use of the wrought-iron furniture and gas and charcoal grills. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are available as well as an assortment of coffees and teas.
No one lives in this house so the closets and refrigerator are empty and at your disposal.
NOTE- I STRONGLY suggest that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in your vacation. This will help if you suffer an illness, cancelled flight, severe weather, etc. Go to https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com Also, some credit cards offer free or low-cost travel insurance.

We loved the location of this home. Walking distance to the square. Great shopping and restaurants. The home was big enough that we all had our own space. Great communication w the owner as well.

We were not able to stay in the house because the heat was not working but the owner did refund our money. There are steps between the bedroom and bathroom, so not a good arrangement for for the elderly like us. As noted in other reviews, I don’t recommend it if you are a “clean freak”. Owner was easy to work with.
