About this apartment rental

Sunny one bedroom apartment for rent in the heart of Breckenridge's Historic District. We remodeled the condo just a few years ago and we hope you'll find it as cozy, convenient and relaxing as we do. With a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room there is plenty of space to sleep two, even if you don't care to share a bed. You're sure to enjoy the beautiful view of Breckenridge Mountain from the living room.

I stayed for a few weeks while skiing. The condo was nice and exactly as described. Very short walk to the blue route bus stops and the grocery store. The walls are thin, but neighbors were very quiet and respectful. I really enjoyed staying here, and would stay here again. Thanks!

First the positive. The place was clean, had all needed amenities and was very close to downtown. And even though it was in a complex it was relatively quiet. The biggest drawback is that one of the neighbors somewhere in an adjoining condo was constantly getting high and the apartment strongly smelled of weed all the time. I understand the owner has no control over this, but it really did put a damper on the overall experience. ,
