Private entry with large deck in quiet neighborhood. With large living area and full kitchen, Rain shower & double vanity bath

St. Augustine is only 3 miles away, with many attractions , the Castillo de San Marcos fort, Ripleys, The oldest schoolhouse, and the many shops on St. George street. Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville are 20 minutes to the north.

Awesome place. Great neighborhood.super clean. Hosts are extremely accommodating. Came for nights of lights downtown. Would highly recommend staying here.

This one bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple! It is super clean, comfortable, feels spacious, well supplied with everything needed, and two short blocks to a wonderful, uncrowded beach! We loved our stay here, it was an amazing value! Thanks, Matt and Micki!
