Beautiful ninth floor three bedroom, three bath, luxury unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the best part of Orange Beach, with indoor heated pool , outdoor pool, tennis court, spacious parking, across from shopping facilities, approximately 30 miles between Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL.
Three large bed rooms , three large bathroom. The rooms are professionally decorated with luxury furniture on top of ceramic tile floors. This beautiful unit has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico’s blue water.
The gulf front master bedroom has king size bed , LCD/HD television, and access to the balcony through a separate door, the huge master bathroom with double vanity , Jacuzzi , separate shower and walk-in closet.
The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed , closet, LCD/HD television, and its own bathroom with vanity and shower. The second guest bed room has two full beds, closet ,LCD/HD television , very large bathroom with vanity, tub and shower.
The living room with spacious gulf front balcony has been decorated with beautiful flowers and wall hangings, entertainment center, 35" flat screen television, DVD player, stereo and high speed internet access.
The dining room is occupied with comfortable chairs around the beautiful wood table next to kitchen counter and bar stools. The kitchen has all kinds of appliances including refrigerator , icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, utensils , all kinds of dishes , pots and pans. Laundry room includes large capacity separate washer and dryer, iron, iron board and vacuum cleaner.
Only one parking pass is guaranteed per unit unless more spots are available upon check-in.

My family’s stay was very comfortable and in the absolute perfect spot. The host, Pari, was very thorough in getting out information and being accessible during our stay. I would recommend this property as it was ideal with the balcony being right off the beach. We purchased a dolphin cruise but did not see any. However I did see one from my balcony in the evening. It was great. Added bonus, both Walmart and Rouses were across the street. We could walk there. Great location and property, although not new, was well kept. I would recommend the Enclave.

First impression of the condo was that it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was sand all on the floors and in the bathtubs. There was hair in the drawers from past guests. And the couch had sand all in it. This was brought to the owners attention and he offered to have the condo cleaned “again”, but I declined due to not wanting anyone in the condo with our belongings in it. There were no extra trash bags available once the trash cans were emptied the first time. The chairs at the counter and the table wobbled so much when sitting that it felt like they could break at any moment. The balcony was quite smaller than expected and held water in puddles. There were no floor mats at the doors to wipe off additional dirt/sand. The beach view was awesome though. For the price spent for the stay, I felt like the condo was in poor condition.
