Apt is bright and comfortable, with ample closet space, sound proof windows, queen size bed...TV with wifi included. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Plenty of towels and linens. laundromat a block away. Many cultural institutions and restaurants Q , B, train around the corner and 2,3 train three blocks away. Fast train to mid Manhattan. Ideal for two but addiional person(s) please request. There might be addtional fees. There is a queen queen sized sofa bed that can accommodate another person....$25.00 additional . per night, children up to twelve free...We also have a 24 hr drug store, grocery store and vegetable stand for your convenience you can e-mail me if you have any other questions...........

The apartment is clean, cozy and well located. The one big downside is the bar downstairs. They play loud music until 3 am on Friday and Saturday. On other days they stay open until around midnight. The bass of the music came up through the floor and made it hard to sleep. Otherwise the apartment was very quiet with only occasional street noise.
