Garagem coberta, local agradável com jardins e quadras bem cuidados.
Sem elevador para quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade, em dois dias tivemos três quedas de energia, sendo que na cidade não houve nenhuma queda. Vizinhos barulhentos à noite.

A infra do condomínio é exatamente
Os funcionários, o que nos recebeu então, era de uma educação que Deus me livre, já a moça que estava na saída super educada, um contraste imenso, fora que o cara é um puta preguiçoso, ao invés de matar um inseto peçonhento que minha esposa informou, que estava no mercadinho, ele disse que não podia fazer nada e ofereceu o inseticida para ela matar, eu não estava no momento, mas achei de um desserviço !

Não tem condicionador de ar e estava muito calor. O ventilador de teto balançava e fazia muito barulho. Solicitei a reposição de papel higiênico e não fui atendido.
