From the moment we arrived on Dugi Otok (“Long Island”) we were met with quietness, kindness and island beauty. Branka and Kristo the hosts are so thoughtful and friendly; regular communication before and during our trip to check we had all we needed, garden vegetables and drinks were kindly left for us to enjoy and they made sure our stay was 100%.
The house is very well equipped and just a short stroll from the village harbour.
There is a ferry from Zadar direct to Brbinj, we would recommend coming with a car!

The entire house is clean, tidy, and well furbished. The rooms are large, comfy, with enough space in the wardrobes for extra luggage. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well furbished, equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware (microwave, small scale, filter coffee machine, moccha coffee pot, water boiler, stove,...). The house has bug nets installed on every door and window, which helps to repel mosquitoes and bugs, and leaves the option to ventilate the house. The barbecue behind the house works like a charm, and the owners provided woods and charcoal for preparing the tinder. A big plus is the terrace overlooking the pool section. The place is near the ferry port, and also in the middle of the island (approx. 30 minutes by car to the far north or south ends of the island). Parking space is provided in front of the house (three motorbikes fit comfortably). WiFi is also provided within the perimeter of the house. The owners left cold beverages in the fridge as a welcome gift (a lot, actually). They were fast to answer all our inquiries via WhatsApp. All in all, a great stay.

If you're a looking to explore Dugi otok - book this house. House is great, pool is perfect for kids. Special thanks to our host Branka, she was most wonderful. Special appreciation for welcoming us to a house stocked with essentials, unlike many other renters in Croatia that don't have a decency to leave even a pinch of salt for their guests. Branka went above and beyond for taking care of us during our stay.
Thank you Branka and Kristo for everything, we look forward to staying in your house again!

Friendly Host welcome us upon arrival after making an earlier incheck for us possible.
She had stocked house with start up grocerries (this is non-standard practise - good show Host!). After welcome gave some tips where to go etc. Host was also easy reachable and replied promptly. This was really a nice stay and if you wish to visit Dugi Otok (car is a must) this is a nice house to rent.
