Lakeside boathouse located on a quiet bay of Gull Lake. Only forty feet from sandy beach, great swimming. Panoramic view of Pike Bay. Two championship golf courses including restaurants within three miles. Access to numerous restaurants by boat.
Hiking and biking trails 1500 feet from property. One half mile to public boat landing and Gull Lake Dam park and recreation area. Approximately four miles to Brainerd International Race Way, mini golf and Vacationland park.

Adorable cabin, perfect for a family of 4. The view is amazing. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, playing on the beach and the paddleboat was a big hit. We brought our boat and beached it each night. It was very easy to get it tied up. The cabin is on a quieter bay, great for tubing or skiing. The sandbar on the lake was very close and the restaurants were plentiful. Jim and Carole are great hosts. We look forward to coming back.

Property was very clean and centrally located. Description should note that 2nd bathroom was located in outdoor basement area. Views of lake were wonderful and easily accessible boat launch very close. Area had many activities within short driving distance. Black bear lodge had wonderful food.

Very nice owners next door. Needs new tv no hair blower no dishwasher small air conditioner. Near bike trails resorts. Nice view of lake
