Welcome and relax in this adorable 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home that accommodates 10 people (children/infants included) and rests in a large sunny corner lot in pioneer village. This home is conveniently located in a private and quiet neighborhood with close to no foot traffic yet within 3 minutes from El dorado beach, the main lake, casinos, Safeway, Dennis, Heavenly and many other stores. It is also within walking distance from South Lake Tahoe community college, bijou park, and 7-10 minutes from the Nevada state line. For the interior of the home, the old fashioned wood stove adds a warmth and coziness for any visitor during the cold winter nights. After a long eventful day you may lounge in the living room to enjoy the entertainment from a 50’ smart tv. You will also enjoy 1,451 sqft of warmth and comfort that includes shampoo, conditioner, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, WiFi, heater, cable, as well as a private driveway that fits up to 3 cars. Fully loaded with more extras such as blankets, towels, pillows, bed sheets/covers and a pair of extra snow boots for one male and one female. Can’t wait to share our small peace of heaven with you! Check in is at or after 5pm but before 11pm and check and check out at 12pm
