A luxurious 3-roomed apartment with the best sea view there is on Israel's Mediterranean coast. Located on the seafront of Bat Yam, just 15 minutes from the center of Tel Aviv, Israel's vibrant and exciting coastal capital. Just across the street (less than 100 meters) and you're on a golden sandy beach with cafes and great swimming and boating possibilities . The apartment is beautifully furnished and you can lounge in the living room and look at the fabulous Bea and sea view. There's also a large sun balcony with a sun shade. Free telephone usage, WiFi and High Definition TV to help you enjoy your stay. There are a wide range of restaurants and shops within walking distance and good public transportation to all points in Tel Aviv.

This unit was perfect. We loved the sunsets right outside our window or balcony. Everything else was just fine. Owner representative was fast & responsive via WhatsApp. If we come back to Bat Yam, we will want this unit again.

-let's start with leading up to arrival... 3 days prior I still had not gotten details on how I'd get in the apartment. David seemed very nice but was very slow to respond to emails. Usually took 2-3 emails (very different from my other rentals).
-On arrival night, after travelling 12 hours, we find the apartment dirty and bed with dirty sheets. Bathrooms dirty with garbage pails full of trash and dirty towels on the floor. I wanted to scream. We left for a couple of hours and the local manager got things a bit orderly. She was very embarrased and kept apologizing. We tried to stay calm and left for a few hours in the pouring rain.
-building door man speaks zero English and we had a very hard time communicating with the individual.
-Apartment is about 20-25 minutes from Tel Aviv... It should state actual location and NOT Tel-Aviv.
-Entry lobby should have a large mat... the floor is so slippery when it's wet that I actually slipped on a wet night coming into the building. Luckily just some black & blue and nothing serious.
-Kitchen and bathrooms NOT STOCKED- no basics- toilet paper... really? Do you expect travelers to bring their own toilet paper. Kitchen could have basics like at least coffee/tea. Not even bottled water.
-Bed sheets were old and stained. Pillows were little square things and not real pillows.
Needless to say we were disappointed, when I asked for a full night's refund from the owner. He only refunded us $50.00!

This is a modern apartment with an amazing sea view. Shops, restaurants, and beach activities are a short walk away. The building (also modern) also has a 24-hour doorman. I will book it again
