About this house rental
Great location, peaceful & serene setting. The room within the main house has its own private entrance to your cozy ensuite master bedroom with private bath with bidet and walk-in shower. Queen bed, with additional queen sofa sleeper, wifi, cable with flat screen, coffee maker, fridge, and use of the deck. Surrounded by redwoods & pines. ( Permit # 14614496)
Note: 2 day minimum stay and 1-2 person maximum to book. No pets, no smoking policy.
20 mins. from SFO or beautiful San Francisco. walking distance to hiking trails, cafe, food store, churches, tennis courts, library, and gas station.
Perfect location for beach activities such as beach combing, surfing or kayaking. Or exploring our southern coast like Half moon bay, Santa Cruz or Monterey bay. Going north gets you to the redwoods, and wine country.

The Master Suite provided peace, quiet, and comfort for our week in Pacifica. It had everything we needed for a restful time away. Edwin is a very gracious host, responsive and helpful with all of the recommendations for local dining and activities. Bonus points for a comfortable bed that provided many good nights’ sleep!

Comfortable and clean master bedroom in a lovely home, with everything you need for sightseeing in Pacifica. The room is adjacent to main house kitchen and above another rental so careful attention to noise is needed. Host was welcoming but not intrusive. Suggest more lighting on unit entry stairs (a simple string of lights on guard rail for example) and updated pictures of the space as changes have been made to furnishings, and include a pic of kitchenette nook and the nice touches in that space. A very good rental experience.

Picture on website is different than actual location. No dresser as pictured. Cannot see closet in picture where coffee, refrigerator, microwave, etc. are. I did not know there were stairs to get up to room. It was difficult to get large suitcases up. Very dangerous at night. Light doesn't come on at stairwell until 1/2 or 3/4 the way up stairs. No freezer in refrigerator, can't keep ice there.Microwave should have splatter top.Electrical needs updating, can only use one item at a time, otherwise will blow a circuit. No table or chairs to sit at to eat or play games.Coffee maker ad not been cleaned. The drain catch was full of crude, spilled on rug when tried to carry to sink to empty and clean. Curtains across sliding door were very poor, needed to pinch closed with clips.No dresser or closet space. Bathroom had an electric bidet. Have never used one and never will. Spend the money on room upgrades!!Couldn't get wi-fi to work with laptop. It was nce to have coffee, creamer there. Linens, towels, bed, shower were OK.Business License was out-of-date 23-24.We made due with what there was but I would never stay there again. It was expensive for what was offered. Very disappointed.
