About this house rental
Gorgeous 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has everything you could possible want for your getaway! Located 3 miles from the Grand Canyon Railway and one block away from the Elephant Rocks Golf Course, you will have the best of everything. Williams truly is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. The home has everything you could possibly need from King Beds in 3 bedrooms to a hot tub and your own private putting green in the back yard with putter and balls provided. There is plenty of entertaining room inside and out.
Please note...there is no garage access at this time. There is room for 3 cars on the driveway though. There is no street parking allowed.
The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes you would need to cook and even many spices. All of the King beds have memory foam toppers. There are TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. They are hooked up to DirecTV and access to Netflix. There is WiFi available throughout the house.

Deer Farm - 15 min drive
White Horse Lake - 35 min drive

Property was perfect for our family of 6 plus baby. Had everything we needed and a pack & play for baby too. We had fun playing put put golf & baby crawled all over coarse too. Neighbors is wonderful - we walked to lake & park. There wee a couple things that came up but owner truly cares & was on top of. We hope to stay again & go to Williams car show thanks!

Quiet location. Really close to the main area of Williams and historic 66. Next door to Elephant Rock golf course. Loved the small putting green in the back yard. This will be the place I will stay on our next trip to Williams.

We stayed in this beautiful home with our adult kids and grandchildren. The home was close to town and Bearizona, so it made our stay even better. The grandkids loved the putting green and used it often. We had an issue with the hot tub, but Meagan answered quickly and had someone out the next morning to repair so we could use it that night.

This is a beautiful property with very poor local management and cleaning service company. The garage door opener was not left as stated. The cleaners were leaving at our arrival time of 4 o'clock. Sheets were in the washer and dryer. The refrigerator had a broken shelf and was not clean. The oven had not been cleaned in years. The outdoor bbq was unusable due to grease and the outdoor refrigerator had a lot of grease in it also. Might be an explosion hazard. The hot tub needed chemical treatment. But the major concern was safety. The iron railings were rusty and had no dome caps allowing yellow jackets to swarm around them. On the master bedroom patio there is a 4 foot drop off with no railing which is where we found a tin pan with a bunch of small tupperware containers and trash at the bottom. I write this not in anger but to the owner. Your property is not being taken care of. You also need new lightbulbs in most lights. The path from the patio to the putting green was blocked by a tree but as we left at 9 am landscapers had just arrived. I do have pictures but I do not know how to upload them.
