Ideal location with easy beach access. This inside corridor condo offers great views from a private balcony . The Unit is located 4th from the front row in the west wing of Casa Del Mar Condominiums and is directly across from the beach and 61st St. Fishing Pier. Perfect for a family weekend or a couple's weekend getaway.
The condo features everything you need for an enjoyable weekend, including a kitchen with granite counter-tops, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dishes, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave. BBQ grills and 2 pools (one heated in winter) are located on the premises. There are elevators and luggage carts for your convenience. Short walking distance to Walmart and McDonald’s is across the street.
Televisions -2 smart TVs. living room & bedroom.
Ceiling fans -1 in bedroom & 1 in living room.
USB ports - kitchen, living room, dining area, & bedroom.
Rates are based on 4 guests. Additional guests will be $10 per night per guest.
Free wireless internet.
The condo has a key-less electronic lock for easy private access.
4 complimentary k cups, creamer & sweeteners.
Parking for up to 2 vehicles.
PS: Casa Del Mar condominiums charges a $25 parking fee. Fee is per vehicle and per week. This fee is required to be paid at the front desk in the lobby at time of check in. Credit card only.
Casa del Mar has a strict no pet policy. Any violations to this policy will results in a $250 fine, per violation, per day.

The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars, 4 to get inside of our room is because the instructions were slightly confusing. But the owner was really kind and he is going to add a few more details to help ensure the next guest gets in without any issues. The push buttons to enter the code are difficult to press. I gave a suggestion for the owner to put in the instructions to be sure to press hard & it lights up when pressing the code. We were also not sure that there is an option to use the owner's code or our own code. Everything is great. He answered the phone, helped us get stepped through the process and I didn't have to wait too long for him to return my call. It is nice not having to worry about a key.The interior decorating was beautiful. Nice home away from home. Great balcony view. I'm sure it is not the owner's fault.The pool is wonderful.It is not the owner's fault but the fire alarm going off was quite a scare especially while in the restroom. I found out later that the property was testing their alarm system.But we did not have a heads up.The ice machine was out of order but the one on the opposite side was working.There are 2 pools. Both are really nice. We would definitely return.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. From the check in to the check out, everything was great! Super clean and convenient! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Galveston!
