L’emplacement idéal, proche de la corniche et tout à proximité ; La rue calme, avec facilité de stationnement ; Le personnel et les contacts avec les hôtes, leur réactivité quant à nos demandes ; Bonne connexion wifi et 2 télés fonctionnelles ; La machine à laver, un vrai + avec des enfants !
La propreté du logement, pas au niveau des notes précédentes et par conséquent, de nos attentes + pas d’alèse entre le matelas et le drap house dans les lits ; La cuisine de l’appartement du 3ème étage, trop petite et peu pratique pour faire à manger pour une famille = Nous avons mangé dehors 100% du temps. De plus, les ustensiles étaient limités ; Pas d’aspirateur / balai d’intérieur et aucun produit nettoyant ; Petite table pour manger, limite pour une famille de 4

Le prix, la taille, l'emplacement, le fait que l'hôte a réagit directement au seul petit problème rencontré (une lampe qui clignotait continuellement).
Un trop petit boiler d'eau chaude (ok pour max 2-3 personnes). Trop peu d’assiettes et autre pour un appartement pouvant accueillir 5 personnes.
