About this house rental
Located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, the Twin Pines condominiums offer sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and a convenient location – close to the free bus and the lifts.
This lovely condo is 3 levels and approximately 2800 square feet. A recent remodel replaced the kitchen, bathrooms and carpeting throughout. You enter the condo on the main level from the front door or through the garage. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into one great room, giving it a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, a floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace, and lots of light. Outside is a large deck with a brand new Weber gas BBQ. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom suite; downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, the laundry area, and the door out to the private hot tub.
Living Room: Decorative and comfortable furnishings, gas burning fireplace, 75" HDTV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo.
Kitchen: Spacious and well equipped for cooking meals with brand new alder cabinetry, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A brand new Weber BBQ is just outside on the deck as well!
Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table, 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.

Master – King bed, adjoining bathroom with jetted tub.
Second – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom.

Worst Pillows and bedding I have ever had in a VRBO
we went and bought our own 4pack of king pillows which saved the day! You're welcome to whomever is staying there next!
To the owners, Please buy some white bedding and new pillows through out and the place will be absolutely PERFECT.

The property is great. It is comfortable and has amazing views. The location is a walking distance from the Silver Lake Lodge slopes, which is very convenient. We had to stop by the property management office to pick up the key and drop it off, which was not the most convenient way to check in / check out. Also, the property comes with a bare minimum in the kitchen - salt and sugar, if you are lucky. Buy everything, and by "everything," I mean coffee, tea, cooking oil, spices - everything.
