Dúplex en el centro de Alp

Feels like home and is well equipped; the terrace is really amazing with expansive views of the beautiful Cerdanya valley; comfortable beds and a lovely living area; very quiet and the location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It is really easy to take out the recycling as the bins are very close by. Great wifi. Nice staff and very helpful with clear instructions on entry and exit.

Nos gustó mucho la distribución de las habitaciones, el detalle de tener 3 cuartos de baño es todo un acierto! Te da la intimidad necesaria si vas en grupo. Pero sin duda el alma del apartamento es su terraza, donde desayunas o lees mirando las montañas, es ideal! Tener plaza de parking en la misma finca te ahorra el tener q buscar aparcamiento y cargar co las maletas. Totalmente recomendable!

He de decir q la segunda planta es en techo abuhardillado, monísima, pero como vayas un poco despistada... pasa lo que pasa jeje

Fantastic views of the Cerdanya valley - especially from the great balcony. Kitchen and bathrooms adequate and simple, enough rooms to provide privacy, no functioning problems with the appartment, garage space and lift were a pleasant surprise, heating worked well, washing/tumble dryer machine was very useful, lots of games to keep the kids entertained after a day's skiing, location is walking distance to supermarket and very close to center and shops, while still being very quiet. A very short drive (10 min) up the hill to the Masella ski resort. Reception rep responded fairly quickly.

Was charged for bed linen and towels but the items provided were of quite mediocre quality (think mid-to-low range IKEA), in dirty orange colour with some discernible stains (yuk!). Flat managers decided on their own volition that our 'single person' should sleep in a small single bed in a common space, rather than using the double bed in a vacant room which they deemed should be left unoccupied - which seems small-minded. Rep spoke very little English and chose to explain sheets situation by just repeating it louder every time. (although they did decide let us use the room and provided sheets for the double bed the next day) The doble beds were quite small. Excellent for one but tight for 2. One of the showers was a very small shower-tray partition and one of the toilet seats had a modern multi-function Japanese-style seat which had lots of excessive functions but was actually uncomfortable and unstable to sit on. And while not a crucial fault, there is an an excessive array of decorations which make the place seem unnecessarily cluttered. Price was too high for the space and quality provided - we have stayed in much larger places, with more hotel-like services for 40% less.
