About this apartment rental
Cottage by the Sea is a luxuriously renovated and professionally decorated 1,300 square-foot oceanfront condominium that has an open floor plan with three beautiful bedrooms and two full baths. It's located on the top floor of a five-story, 50 unit condominium complex with a great pool just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Our building has both elevator and stairs. Our units balcony is within 50 feet of New Smyrna’s NO DRIVE beach. Welcome to our Cottage by the Sea!
~ Brand new fully stocked and open kitchen with soft close cabinets and luxury quartz countertops featuring stainless steel appliances, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, mixer and cookware with a cute coffee nook in the corner. A built in pantry for storage and ample dishes for meals. Great views of ocean!
~ Open concept dining room and living room with all new furniture in 2024. Completely updated furniture, décor and accessories with gorgeous views of the ocean as you're relaxing on the cozy sectional sofa!
~ Recently added guest laundry room with stackable washer and dryer that includes "Beach Kit" that includes 2 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and Turkish beach towels.
~ 4 smart TV's with spectrum app are provided. Wi-Fi is FREE and available throughout the condo! Our Spectrum APP can be accessed for all our current cable stations along with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc that can be accessed with your personal accounts. Several free apps are also available!
~ Private covered oceanfront balcony with loveseat and 2 chairs providing a panoramic view of the ocean. A perfect space shuttle launch viewing area.
~ The brand new primary Suite offers a king size bed (new mattress 2024) with a newly renovated primary bathroom with custom walk in shower. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and southerly views from the privacy of your own bedroom.
~ The second bedroom features 1 queen bed with 1 twin loft bed. Nice work desk with built in closet including drawers and a south-facing window that provides full view of the pool and ocean. Perfect space for adults or kids! Freshly replaced memory foam mattresses 2025.
~The cozy third bedroom has King bed, dresser and smart tv (new mattress 2024) with the lovely south facing pool and ocean view.
~Building sits DIRECTLY across the street from a great shopping center that features a Dollar General Marketplace (which has groceries!) CC’s Waffle House, a great local breakfast/lunch diner; Nail Salon, Liquor Store, Beach Novelty Store, Ice Cream Parlor, French Bistro and Italian Restaurant which are amongst some of our favorite dining. Cottage by the Sea is also within a few miles of the famous Flagler Ave and Canel Street which features lots of local restaurants and Shops. Must visit area of New Smyrna Beach!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as an assortment of seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the spa shower was a really nice bonus! The view from the balcony is beautiful. I appreciated that there are some beach supplies like chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We had an excellent stay. Just a word of warning, when the tide is in, there is no beach to walk on.

This is our 2nd summer staying at this condo and we will be back.... Great condo and an amazing host... We have been coming to New Smyrna for over 20 plus years staying at a friend's condo and they sold it and we had to find a new one. So glad I found this one last year!!

We have stayed in many condos in the area but this one has been our absolute favorite! It has everything you could possibility need to make your stay perfect! We can’t wait to book again.
