Great house for my family! We loved having two golf carts to use. The homeowner and property manager were attentive to our needs.

Great House. Great location. A few minor hiccups, but once I got in touch with the property manager everything worked out great.

We so enjoyed our annual trip to Fripp, but it was extra special this year because our doodle joined us! We were welcomed by fresh flowers for Memorial Weekend and so enjoyed having not one, but two golf carts! The location is fantastic! Convenient to the beach, the marina and the point where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets! Thanks for everything, Ann!

The kids loved how centrally located this house was. Right on the fairway, so just a few steps to the pond on the course. Beds were comfortable, house was nicely furnished. Kitchen had most of what we needed, including a basic starter set of essential paper products, detergent and trash bags. Owner was responsive to all my questions and wonderful to work with. Loved having the golf cart already on property and not have to deal with rental company. Bikes need replacing or overhaul...sea air has gotten to them. Would definitely stay here again!
