About this house rental
TWO 4 PERSON GOLF CARTS ARE INCLUDED IN RENTAL. Great location:
Less than a 4 minute ride
by golf cart to the beach;
1 minute ride to the marina.
Both marina and beach are within easy walking distance.
Spaciously sleeps 6..
free internet and cable.
New dual zoned HVAC system.
Home has been recently redecorated with a new window treatments; new linens; kitchen with granite countertops. All new state of art appliances, including washer and dryer.
Elegantly furnished with teak and leather furniture .
King primary suite with bathroom with walk in shower and freestanding tub.
One queen bedroom with adjoining full bath.
One bedroom with twin beds as well as full bath.
Each bedroom has it's own porch (not screened) It you like to sit on porch would need bug spray and citronella candles.
Bathrooms have a hair dryer and there is an iron in the laundry room
Effective May1st, 2007, South Carolina. sales tax increased to 6 per cent, accommodation tax 2 per cent., county sales tax 3 per cent.
Pets are welcome to stay with a $100 dollar non refundable pet fee. This can be paid to me directly upon booking.

The house was great, well stocked and in a great location near the beach and pools. Two nice golf carts were also a great bonus! Our only complaint was the grill which was unusable as it was covered with mold. More of an issue for my husband who likes to grill. The property owner ordered grill cleaner right away but we didn’t feel like cleaning the grill so we used the charcoal one in the garage instead. Small issue compared to what the house offered including beach chairs, noodles, etc. I would stay there again.

The house was nice and we enjoyed riding around on the golf carts. We loved seeing all the deer. The beach is a short ride on golf cart and even a easy walk. Host was extremely helpful and responsive.

The kids loved how centrally located this house was. Right on the fairway, so just a few steps to the pond on the course. Beds were comfortable, house was nicely furnished. Kitchen had most of what we needed, including a basic starter set of essential paper products, detergent and trash bags. Owner was responsive to all my questions and wonderful to work with. Loved having the golf cart already on property and not have to deal with rental company. Bikes need replacing or overhaul...sea air has gotten to them. Would definitely stay here again!
