San Juan Suites Conservatory - Pet Friendly! One dog only. Located in the heart of Friday Harbor. Elegantly decorated with recent interior updates, this upstairs suite offers it all: comfort with town accessibility and with the added amenity of off-street parking.
This Studio Suite is equipped with a new King bed and a Double airbed mattress. The full bathroom is equipped with lots of counter space, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi soaking tub.
The open floor plan boasts a full kitchen equipped with appliances to prepare morning coffee and toast or a full meal. This suite is equipped with a standard, drip-style coffee maker. There is enough space for everyone around the dining room table to gather, with the living space offering a couch and two captains chairs, entertainment center with Blue Ray-DVD and HDTV with satellite television and a private outdoor balcony with a propane BBQ.
The block surrounding the San Juan Suites offers many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice-cream shops and art galleries, all within walking distance. On Saturday mornings the local San Juan Island Farmer's Market is a 1-minute walk from the San Juan Suites!
Conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry for those wishing to leave their car behind on the mainland. However, parking is available for those who bring a car. One car per unit.
Guests traveling with a dog will enjoy close access to the local dog park "Eddie and Friends Dog Park", or many other local parks including Sunken Park, Jackson Beach, and LaFarge Open Space.
1 dog per reservation with a pet fee. Dog is not to be left unattended. If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain, renter will be charged a $200 fee. Weight must be less than 60 lbs. No pets on furniture, including bed/bedding. Renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows. Dog must be house trained and on-leash while outside.

Perfect get away. Property was located just steps away from the ferry. Warm and inviting decor, the room had everything we needed. Very convenient location next to shops and weekend activities. We could pop into the room to drop off purchases, change clothes, use the restroom, etc. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival, we were thrilled to see how close the property was from the ferry as we were exhausted! Entering the property was easy. The property was clean and cozy. We had initially only booked a week and we were so sad we didn’t book the property longer. It was functional for my little family of four for our stay. We did run into an issue with the hot water but the maintenance person walked me through what to do and offered to come out immediately, but his suggestion had worked so all was well! The onsite laundry is a huge plus as well. We will definitely be visiting this property again in the future!

Perfect location, right in the middle of town - easy to walk to several restaurants and the local, excellent grocery store. Very nice property.

This property is a wonderful place to stay with one exception. Unfortunately, an assumption that a jetted soaking tub could be filled with hot water and enjoyed is not the case. The water heater seems to be undersized and inadequate, therefore not filling the tub enough to submerge a 5‘,7“ human into also cannot take a shower for an hour after.
