We loved this property. The condo has been recently renovated and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and has newer appliances. AC is available but we didn’t need to use it because of the winds and great airflow from the ocean. We loved sitting on the oceanfront lanai and were even able to use the binoculars in the condo for whale and spinner dolphin watching. Check in and check out was a breeze due to the keypad lock on the door.

From our balcony, we were treated to a daily spectacle of vibrant sunsets painting the vast ocean canvas – truly breathtaking. Our room was a haven of cleanliness and elegant decor, and the efficient AC provided a welcome respite, though the gentle sea breeze often sufficed. The location is ideal, placing us mere minutes from pristine beaches. The highlight? Observing sea turtles serenely drifting in the crystal-clear waters directly below our balcony, a magical and unforgettable sight. This is a truly special retreat.

The accommodations were nice as expected. Just a little warm in the back bedroom. The air conditioner in the front did fine for the kitchen and living area..

The view was amazing, beach had lots of turtles, the place is a little dated however comfortable with good amenities-kitchen well stocked, beach chairs, cooler. The unit could use a beach umbrella. There was NO working A/C & even thou previous reviews commented that no working air conditioning when we inquired about it upon arriving Jan the manager wasn't all that helpful until we continued to complain multiple times. She told there is a nice cross breeze if all the front doors and back windows open which is true . When we mentioned that it was too noisy to do that in the evening since back bedroom faces the stairwell and elevator where people are talking, walking carrying luggage.. Jan's response was most people enjoy the sound of the ocean-we also like the sound of the ocean but don't hear it over the noise of people and the bedroom is in the back not the front of the unit. Jan said the a/c must have just broken the day we arrived (yeah right) and she would send someone to look at it. We never saw anyone come so after a couple of days had past we inquired again and Jan said the A/C couldn't be fixed and needed replacing and it would take a long time since we are on an Island. My husband called Home Depot while we were there that said they had a unit and it could be delivered the next day-so she lied. She did offer to bring in a LARGE,loud portable A/D so 1/2 way thru the trip we got the A/C we needed. No compensation was ever offered because Jan told us in the contract if something breaks when you arrive the owner's are not responsible-hind of convenient since it hadn't been working for months!! Also we discovered the smoke alarms don't work so just pray there isn't a fire-one had no batteries and one had old batteries that even after replaced didn't work. Ironically there was a fire alarm that went off while we were there but luckily it was just a false alarm. The fire dept said these units don't have to legally have working fire alarms it is just morally responsible for the owners to do have them working. Well we know how morally responsible the office manager and owners of this unit are so we won't be staying at this unit again even with the most amazing view:(
