About this house rental
Welcome to fun and relaxation and welcome to a excellent family get-a-way in a great family town. This charming and historic 3br/2ba Spanish style 1,400 sq ft home was recently freshly painted (October 2023) and sits on 100 feet of ocean frontage. Access to the beach is literally 40-feet from the corner of the lot. The house has hardwood floors and comes fully furnished including a washer and dryer. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and includes a king-size bed, a queen bed, and a set of single beds. The ocean is literally right outside the front door and the views are spectacular. Eating establishments are within walking distance with town center being approximately a mile walk down the beach (or sidewalk). The house has central air and a garage is also available. Price includes cable TV, internet (WiFi) and all utilities.

We loved our stay at this Flagler Beach rental. The view was amazing and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The house has everything you need, which was a huge plus. Gregg’s communication is excellent the check-in process was so smooth. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This 3 bdrm home was perfect for our vacation. It sits directly across from the entrance to the beach. Flagler beach is a great vacation area. It's not too busy, but not too sleepy either. The home was well equipped with everything you need. The host, Gregg, was great. He is very flexible on arrival/departure times if there is not a conflict with another reservation. He communicates well and I believe he would be very responsive if you had any issues. We did not have any issues during our stay, but we still received periodic text to check in and see if we needed anything and inquire how our stay was going. I highly recommend this rental.

The house was incredible for the price. The walk to the beach only takes about a minute and you can see the ocean from the front windows. Would highly recommend and will return if I get the opportunity.

Gregg’s house is the best in the area! The location is awesome! Pictures DO NOT do it justice! You can sit on the front porch every morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean with your coffee listening to the waves. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We spent a month and didn’t want to leave! WiFi is great for anyone curious about the speed due to any work/meetings. The yard is completely fenced so perfect for our dog with no concern of being too curious and sniffing her way out. Gregg is super easy to work with and Lori, his on-site “caretaker” was very friendly & helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!
