The house can comfortably accommodate up to 17 people - perfect for large groups! Mewa is a unique house designed for people who like to travel in groups and value privacy. The property consists of a living room with a kitchenette, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower. The house also has a balcony and a spacious terrace with a barbecue - a perfect place to relax on warm evenings. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment that allows you to prepare tasty meals. Guests can also use a private parking space on the property.
Parents traveling with small children can request an extra cot and baby's high chair, and there is a playground in the garden.

This comfortable house is located in the charming Zastań village on the Wolin Island. Away from the hustle and bustle of cities, it is located on the Kamień Lagoon, near the picturesque Koprowo lake (900m), it is an ideal solution for people who want to relax in the bosom of nature.
There is also the Amber Baltic golf club (5 km) nearby.
Fans of hiking or biking will also find something for themselves, because the Mewa is 10 km from the Wolin National Park and 3 km from the Baltic Sea.
Being there, it is also worth going to the famous Międzyzdroje (16 km), Wolin known for the Viking Festival (20 km) or Świnoujście with the widest beach and the highest lighthouse on the Polish coast (30 km).

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, mit umzäunten Grundstück. Die Lage bis zum Strand ist gut.
Das Haus ist extrem verschmutzt. Rolladengurte sind beschädigt. Es gibt keinen Insektenschutz. An den Fenstern sind alte Insekten und Blutspuren an den Wänden. Die Garage wird als Lager für weitere Häuser genutzt. Ständig befinden sich fremde Leute auf dem Grundstück. Ebenfalls liegt der gesamte Müll aller angrenzenden Häuser auf dem Grundstück. Das ist in Ihrer Hausbeschreibung nicht ersichtlich.

Spokojna okolica. Sporo miejsca w przypadku 11 osób.
Fakt, faktem parę prześcieradeł zostało poplamione pisakami, jednak zmywalnymi i koszt wyprania pościeli z pewnością nie wyniesie 350 zł a tyle zostało mi potrącone z zaliczki - typowy "skok na kasę".
Czystość - brudny grill z zaschniętymi kiełbaskami i siatką ze śmieciami po poprzednich lokatorach. Wszechobecne mrówki, szczególnie w kuchni. Brudne leżaki ogrodowe.
Brak 100% prywatności - codziennie ktoś kręcił się po działce w celu dostania się do wbudowanego garażu, który stanowi magazyn.

Super Haus, super sauber, kann man nur weiterempfehlen, alles vorhanden was man braucht, Zimmer perfekt, ich weiß nicht was man noch schreiben soll... alles alles Perfekt 👍�👍� nur in der Buchung sollte man vielleicht Möwe schreiben.. wir haben das Haus bestimmt 2 Stunden gesucht obwohl wir davor standen .. ich kann es nur mit 5 Sterne bewerten.. vielen Dank

Insgesamt ist es ein geräumiges und schönes Haus. Der Garten mit einem kleinen Spielplatz ist super für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Auch die Grillecke ist toll. Bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen in der Küche ist alles da, was man an Kochutensilien braucht. Insgesamt haben wir uns weitestgehend wohlgefühlt.
Die Sauberkeit ist leider nicht unsere Vorstellung von Sauberkeit gewesen. Es hingen große Spinnweben in den Fenstern. Es lagen verschiedenste Kippen auf dem Rasen. Der Staubsauger ist eher eine Keimschleuder. Des Weiteren gab es viele Dinge im Haus, die bereits entweder nur teilweise oder gar nicht funktionsfähig waren. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war total lose, die Duschwanne in der ersten Etage hatte einen riesigen Riss, die Vorrichtungen für die Fensterläden waren nahezu allesamt nur noch locker in der Wand und wenn man nicht aufgepasst hat, hatte man sie in der Hand, die Türklinken waren teils lose, Glühlampen haben nicht funktioniert, der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und nicht praktisch. Man hat relativ schnell den Eindruck bekommen, dass das Haus sehr schnell gebaut wurde und die Qualität darunter gelitten hat. Außerdem wäre ein Hinweis VORAB nett, dass auf dem Grundstück die Leute ein und ausgehen, um aus der Garage Wäsche und Handtücher zu holen. Wir fanden es sehr befremdlich... Ich weiß nicht, ob Sie daraus jetzt was machen oder nicht. Aktuell können wir Sie jedoch leider nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.
