Newly renovated home with luxury finishes on the water in quaint Bay Head, NJ.
Park your car and you will not need it again! This house is in the perfect location. . . near everything!!
Easy 4-5 minute walk to beach, upscale restaurants and local deli and liquor store. Quick walk to tennis courts, playground and ball field. Just blocks from charming town center with Bay Head’s infamous Mueller’s bakery, Charlie's Restaurant, wine & cheese shop, ice cream parlor and antique shops. Bay Head also conveniently offers a train station with access to NYC that is just minutes from this property. Boardwalk with rides and arcade is just a 5-10 minute drive.
House includes 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. Sleeps 10. Four decks. Walk out of the sliding glass doors and dip your toes in the bay. Two person Kayak and stand up paddle board provided, or bring you own boat and dock it right in back !! Enjoy crabbing and fishing right in your own backyard!
First floor: Huge bright open kitchen and living room with a wall of windows overlooking water and sunsets; living room includes 42” flat screen smart TV and wet bar. Separate den with 42” flat screen smart TV, dining area, brand new full bathroom, laundry, and 2 bedrooms with twin size beds that sleep 4.
Second floor: master suite with king bed, full master bath with jetted tub and private balcony overlooking the water. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins with brand new full bath to share. Queen bedroom and Master Suite also have 40” flat screen TVs.
Outside: Huge deck off of living room with 8 Adirondack chairs perfect for relaxing by the water. Separate deck off of the den with gas grill and table and chairs for 8-10 to enjoy dining outside. Covered deck off of dining area. Private deck off Master bedroom with perfect water and sunset views.
Amenities include central A/C, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerator/freezers, wet bar, gas grill, outdoor shower, onsite parking for 3 cars plus a one car garage. Six season beach badges provided.

We have spent many summers renting in quaint Bay Head, and fortunate enough to have enjoyed the last two summers in this wonderful home. It is truly the perfect beach getaway! This renovated home is decorated in a charming beach style, offering many nice amenities, open/flexible floor plan and beautiful views of Scow Ditch/Barnegat Bay. It’s very well equipped including kitchen supplies, linens, beach and outdoor equipment, everything you could possibly need for vacation at the beach. The kids enjoyed fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding and kayaking off the dock every day. While at night, the dock is a relaxing place to enjoy the most amazing sunsets. The location can not be beat! A short walk / bike ride to town, shops, restaurants and beach. The owners could not be more accommodating, always available, and a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, a memorable summer vacation for our family and friends.

We love this house rented two years in a row. It brand new with a wonderful lay out and the newest amenities. Light a open, perfect for a family. It easily slept eight and never felt too big or too small. we loved the proximity to town and to the beach. A fantastic view of Bay Head Yacht club. A dock in the back yard that made for memorable sunsets over the bay in the evening and great coffee in the morning on the water.
