About this apartment rental
Price per night includes taxes and a cleaning fee. Not included is $45 per car per night valet parking fee, the guest will need to pay the Marriott for valet parking when they check out.
Our luxury condo is 1400 square feet, 2 bedrooms + separate living room + full kitchen + dining area + 3 baths, 2 decks (one of the largest in the whole Marriott complex and one small deck). Our condo sleeps up to 6- 8 people.

Our unit is located on the second floor, which can be accessed by elevator or stairs.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom with a triangle-shaped Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a fireplace, a big screen TV, and a small deck with a table and 2 chairs.
The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a full bathroom, a big-screen TV, and access to a huge deck. Our deck is one of the biggest decks in the resort.
Fully equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, silverware, and cookware) with a separate dining area. the kitchen has granite countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, a range/oven & microwave & dishwasher.
The laundry is located down the hall on the second floor.
The living room has a 3rd full bathroom with a shower/tub. There is extra sleeping provided in this room with a pull-out queen-size sofa bed (this pull-out bed is the American leather comfort sleeper, it has no bar to stick into your back and is super comfortable) plus 2 twin size day beds on either side of the fireplace, big screen TV.
THE HUGE DECK is off the second bedroom. We have one of the biggest decks in the complex, there is enough room for about 10 people. You can dine or read a book in the sun, look at the mountains, and people watching is fun from the deck. You can check out the 4th of July fireworks over the lake. It faces the Lakeside, not the pool area. In the summer, the restaurant below the deck has live music. There is patio furniture out there.
This Marriott resort charges a MANDATORY DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE of $290 per stay, which is included in your booking.
There are 3 beds in this unit, which sleep 6 people; convertible beds can be found in the living area. There is an extra person charge for over 6 people per stay.
EXTRA PERSON CHARGE - $25 per person per night for over 6 people.
The Marriott policy will only allow service animals on the
property. Official paperwork must be shown for service animals.

We loved out stay at Vivienne's condo. The deck had a great view of the main street in South Lake, right above live music and fire pits. Super convenient location to restaurants, bars, trailheads, casinos, you name it. We especially appreciated the valet service for our vehicles which made checking in a breeze. I would recommend this listing to anyone and plan on reserving again in the future!

This condo was the perfect place to stay for a ski vacation. It’s right next to the gondola and in the heart of all the shopping, bars and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere and it was so easy. The condo was well stocked, quiet, clean and all the beds were so comfy. The pool and hot tub looked amazing but we never had the time to try them out. Vivian was a great host that made sure we had everything we needed. If I could give 10 stars I would.
