The septic pump wasn’t working but they did fix it once I reported it. The cleaner prior to us arriving should have noticed it! Also the back outside mat was covered in dog fur!!

Location was excellent. Perfect house for family. Yard was excellent.

Lots of confusion and misinformation between your site and the Mollymook real estate. Ran out of of toilet paper, if you need us to clean well you need a better vacuum cleaner

The location is excellent. Once we arrived we didn't use our car again. it is very easy to cycle everywhere. We took our paddleboards and kayaks and the direct entry to the waterway that was fantastic. 5-6 minute paddle to the main lake. The outdoor area is expansive and the table and chairs undercover which is great for sitting.

If a deep clean and pest spray was completed then this would be a lovely property. Cleaning wise there was thick dust on skirting boards and bedroom blinds and the whole house smelt musty (I had to wash all our clothes when we got back, even the ones we didn't wear). Every time I use the oven and closed the door small cockroaches would run out of the join in the cupboard (not the oven directly). The Pizza oven doesn't work, the chimney has fallen into the oven and has been propped up by 6 tiles. This property needs a lot of TLC because it could we wonderful.
