Quiet.
Kitchen and bathrooms not as clean as would expect. Had to hire linen which was just acceptable. No internet. Further from the beach than expected. Windows could be cleaner.

large, well-equipped space with a beautiful garden. we loved the table tennis room. great laundry room - perfect for a beach holiday.
it got a bit cold and one heater was not enough. having to arrange my own bed linen was an extra stress while on holiday.

easy walk to the beach. short drive to many restaurants and shops. comfy living area, lots of books and magazines, cozy gas fire, well-equiped kitchen. sunny back deck.
BBQ didn't light. back yard grass not mown. Back doors are difficult to unlock. no fan in the ensuite.
