From the moment we booked, communication was excellent, which continued right until the end of our booking. This was an excellent experience all around - we couldn’t fault it. We booked the cheapest vessel for 3 nights, not knowing if we’d enjoy this, as we are not sailers by any stretch. On first inspection there were a couple of surfaces that looked a bit ‘patched’ but nothing that would impact our trip (a bit of plaster inside repainted roughly). The important things - dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, DVD players and TVs, an abundance of towels, clean linen with lots of blankets, split system, pre-heated spa, one-to-one instructions and some encouragement from their staff - all made this one of the most enjoyable family holidays we have ever had (with teenagers!). We will be back!!!

Absolutely nothing. It was the easiest and most enjoyable trip ever.

Location & Very nice house boat.

Too early checkout (9.00am) Specially winter.

Easy access to river

Beds a little uncomfortable, furnishings a little tired but was clean Advised fridge was very small and ice was needed however fridge is standard size ice was not required for two people I wouldn’t add this to my costs next time
