Sky Nights Hotel London Heathrow

I booked this place for my parents who had a transit in the UK. This place was very close to the airport. Staff was helpful and friendly. Also, the rooms were clean.

The radiator regulator was not working, charged for parking, and even on booking time, it says parking free.

Not value for money, we have booked 2 rooms, single mattress was rubbish and not comfortable for sleep, 1 room radiator control was broken, so wa s too hot to sleep, on booking time by Agoda, it says parking free but on check in receptionist have charge £-5,- for parking, overall not happy and absolutely not value for money if you pay ***,- for 2 room per night.

My fiancé and I had a horrible experience at this hotel. We were asked to pay for parking even though the website said FREE parking. Finally we were able to prove that and weren’t charged for parking, but then we went upstairs to our room and it was boiling hot. I mean it was so hot in there that it was unlivable., so we had to go back to the front desk and let them know that it was way too hot in there so they offered us an air air-conditioned room, but told us we had to pay £15 extra for it, which coincidentally was exactly the amount that we would have paid for parking. Then when we went to the new room, the air-conditioning was working, but we couldn’t get the lights to turn on and then we didn’t have hot water for three days. We complain to them that we didn’t have any hot water and they said that we would have hot water in a few hours we didn’t then we complained the next day that there is no hot water and they apologized and said that they would make sure that we had hot water. We didn’t get any hot water for the full three days that we were there. Then I told them that I wanted to speak with the manager because I wanted a refund and coincidentally the manager was never there then they told me to email them so the manager would see it and they told me the manager would call me the manager never called me. Never emailed me back. I tried calling them another 15 times nobody ever answered the phone then eventually someone answered the phone and they told him I wanted to speak with a manager immediately and they said the manager wasn’t there . Whether the manager was truly there or not, I didn’t feel like they cared about my problem. I know that they knew that they did us wrong and that it was unacceptable to not have hot water. I’m still trying to get my money back! And by the way, the parking lot they charge you £5 per day, and it’s right next to a dumpster! There’s no lift so if you’re on the second floor, you’re going to be extremely hot if you don’t pay for an air-conditioned room. I’ve read some other reviews where they were having problems with fluctuating water temperatures and not having hot water about six months ago so that they obviously know that this is an issue and they’re choosing not to fix it. My advice is not to stay here and stay at another hotel. I recommend the *** hotel.
