A földszinti részben voltunk ami egy nappali és háló. Az ágy kényelmes volt ami számomra elég fontos a helyiségek is tiszták voltak és klíma is volt. A tulajdonossal sok kontakt nem volt, de igazából nem baj.
Kocsival mentünk és a parkoló rész elég szűkös. A lakásban egy két dologra ráférne a javítás. A zsalugáterek az ablakokon nem mozgathatók. El vannak öregedve. A hűtőnek a fagyasztó része el volt törve, úgy kellett vele játszani hogy be tudjuk csukni. A bejárati ajtó is eláll és nagyon zörgött ha valaki bejött a házba. Lehet azért is hallatszódott be minden. Sajnos a klíma csak a nappaliban van ezért kénytelenek voltunk nyitva hagyni a hálószobába az ajtót és így mindenki hazajövetelét hallottuk.

Sauberkeit des Apartments, Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt, die Kuscheldecken wiesen Haare und einen stark gebrauchten Geruch auf, die Fenster waren schon lange nicht mehr geputzt, jede Menge Silberfische und Insekten im Bad

Lage
Die Balkontür war locker so das oben Luft rein kam und sie lies sich nicht gut verschließen. Es ist sehr hellhörig, man hört wirklich alles durch. An den Ecken vorallem bei Fenster waren Spinnennetze und im Bad war sehr viel Staub.
